1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, reserving, or completing payment on this online booking platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Cancellation/Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
2. Reservations, Slot Holds & Payments
- Slot Holds: When you initiate a reservation, your selected court and time slot are temporarily reserved for a limited hold window (15 minutes) to allow you to complete checkout.
- Payment Gateway: All payments are processed securely via PayMongo, supporting GCash, Maya, QR Ph, and major debit/credit cards.
- Instant Confirmation: Your reservation is only officially confirmed once full payment is verified. You will receive an official booking confirmation and QR entry ticket via email and on-screen.
3. Facility & Court Rules
All players and guests must observe the following court rules at all times:
- Non-marking sports/tennis shoes are strictly required on the court surface.
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled start time.
- Players must vacate the court promptly at the end of their reserved hour.
- Food, sugary drinks, and glassware are prohibited on the court surface. Bottled water is allowed.
- Proper sportsmanship and respectful behavior toward staff and fellow players is expected.
4. Liability & Injury Waiver
Pickleball is a physical sport involving movement and inherent risk of physical injury. By reserving and using the facility, players voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. The facility owners, management, and software providers shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property sustained on the premises.
5. System Attribution & Technology Provider
The online booking software and payment infrastructure are developed and maintained by DC Tech Micro Services, Inc. For software support, technical inquiries, or facility onboarding, please refer to the contact details provided in the application.
