- Player Full Name: To verify reservations on arrival.
- Email Address: To deliver official booking confirmations, receipts, and QR tickets.
- Mobile Number: For urgent schedule notices or weather advisories.
2. Payment Information & Security
We do not store or have access to your sensitive banking credentials, card numbers, or GCash PINs on our servers. All financial transactions are encrypted and processed through PayMongo, a Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) regulated and PCI-DSS compliant payment institution.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your personal data is used solely for the following legitimate purposes:
- Managing, verifying, and confirming your court reservations.
- Generating verifiable digital QR tickets for court check-in.
- Providing customer support and resolving transaction inquiries.
We strictly do not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to any third-party marketing entities.

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you retain the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal booking records from our database by submitting a request through facility management.
